An artistic approach to healing Therapy

ABOUT-LISA

Like many people, I’ve faced my share of challenges. Living with ADHD, Dyslexia, PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety has shaped the way I move through the world — and led me to explore alternative paths for growth and healing. Over time, I’ve learned to see my differences not as limitations, but as unique strengths. For example, while my ADHD can make single-task focus difficult, it also allows me to thrive when balancing multiple projects and creative outlets in a single day. Learning to work with my mind, instead of against it, has been a transformative shift.

This journey wasn’t always easy. Building self-esteem and embracing what made me different required patience, courage, and plenty of trial and error. Along the way, I explored courses, tools, and practices to uncover my passions and discover what truly supported my wellbeing.

Yoga became the missing piece of the puzzle. It offered me a way to align not just my body, but also my mind, emotions, and even my creative and financial goals. Later, art therapy emerged as another powerful tool — a safe, expressive outlet that helped me process deep emotions in ways words sometimes could not.

Together, yoga and art gave me a path to healing, self-understanding, and empowerment. They also inspired me to share these tools with others. My work today blends these practices with music and creative mentoring to support people in finding their own voice, balance, and sense of wholeness.

Life has been my greatest teacher. Beyond academic training, I’ve embraced diverse roles and experiences that have shaped not only who I am but how I guide others. Through persistence, creativity, and curiosity, I’ve developed a toolkit that allows me to mentor and support clients with authenticity, empathy, and lived wisdom.
